1. How can I return my purchase?

    The return process is easy and on us.

    If you want to return your Haight, just go to the returns page here and fill in your order number and email address used to complete the purchase.

    You will receive further instructions via email. 

    Return Policy 

    You can request a return within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product.

    The products to be returned must have the label, with the hygienic protector in perfect condition,  and all accessories that accompany it without any indication of use. Please include your receipt with the return.  

    When we receive your return, it will be sent for analysis, so that we can make sure that the general conditions described above have been met. The deadline for this analysis will be up to 5 days.

  2. How does the evaluation of a defective product work?

    Once we receive the defective product, it will take into analysis and come back to you within 30 days with a resolution. If the repair of the product requires further parts, it may take longer. 

    If the product can not be fixed and we don't have a similar one in stock for exchange, you will receive a full refund of the amount of your purchase. 

    Haight will not accept the exchange or repair of any product that shows signs of misuse and / or washing in violation of the instructions on the label. 

  3. How can I track my order?

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. With this tracking number, you will be able to track your order. Orders are shipped up to 2 days after payment is approved.

  4. How to remove the glue from the bikini's hygienic protector?

    To remove the glue from the hygienic protector, you must carefully wash your piece with warm water and neutral soap.

  5. How can I change my shipping address?

    If your order has already been placed, please contact our customer support at via email support@haight.com.br stating your new desired shipping address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will be able to change the destination. 

    If the order has already been shipped, it will be necessary to wait for it to return to our distribution center to be resent.

  6. How should I care for my Haight pieces?

    All of our products have washing instructions on the internal labels, and special care descriptions on our website. It is essential to read and follow these guidelines, as they are essential for your piece to maintain its original characteristics.
